About The Portal

The Portal is a new online resource for pupils, teachers and parents which has been funded by the DCSF. The Portal will enable the development of new web-based resources aimed at raising standards & making learning more engaging. It also provides a way of encouraging schools across the Black Country to share resources.

There are two ways in getting involved:

  1. Accessing and using newly designed programmes such as FastTrack and KickStart
  2. Submitting programmes designed by individual schools and staff which can then be accessed across the Black Country.

By supporting both elements of the Portal we can build a unique local resource to enhance both teaching and learning.
